网络环境下 ,馆藏资源建设应实行虚拟馆藏与实体馆藏相结合的模式。实体馆藏应以搞特色馆藏为本 ,只有提高每个实体图书馆单元的特色水平 ,才能扩大整个虚拟图书馆的整体信息量和整体功能。
