大学生思想政治工作是高校工作的重中之重。进入 2 1世纪的大学生思想政治工作遇到了前所未有的挑战。如何在挑战中生存 ,如何迅速有效地占领大学生思想政治教育这块阵地 ,成为思想政治工作与时俱进要求的重要内容。本文结合作者多年的思想政治工作经验 ,试就加强和改进新时期大学生思想政治工作的几个方面问题作以探究。

College students' ideological and political work is one of the most important one in college work.Since the students' ideolgial and political work of 21st Century has met with the unprecedented challenges,how to survive and how to occupy the area of college students' ideological and political education rapidly and effectively have become the important content of ideological and political work required by advance with times.In the light of the author's experience of ideologgical and political work in mang years,this article makes a study of a few problemes in strengthening and improving college students' ideologgical and political work of new period.
