摘要
本文通过对地方工科高校留学生教育现状和问题的分析 ,阐述了地方工科院校在留学生教育方面应该采取的一些措施。
The author expounds the methods that regional technology and science universities and institutes should take to improve the international education after analysis of the conditions of international education in these kinds of universities.
