多波段太阳摄谱仪快速扫描照像装置的性能检验

摘要 本文报告40厘米太阳望远镜和多波段光谱仪为实现快速扫描和10波段自动拍照而研制的可控制扫描步距的45°镜回转台,不同画幅面的专用照像机和微机控制的自动化系统,以及望远镜的电控制系统的安装,调试和检验。 检验结果是:(1)45°镜转台的复位精度为0.00049°,步距精度0.0003°,晃动角为1″。(2)专用照像机快门开关时间小于0.025秒,画幅尺寸49×20、24×20、3×20(毫米×毫米)。卷片速度0.18、0.75、1.5米/秒,照像机工作时片盒振动的振幅≤1μm。 This paper reports on the installation, abjustment and performance test of the 45° mirror revolving stage with controllable scanning step lengths, special-purpose camera which can produce different frames, automation system controlled by a microcomputer and telescopic electrical control system developed for a 40-cm solar telescope and a multi-waveband spectragraph in order to realize the fast scanning and automatic photograph of the solar image at 10 wave bands. The test results show that ( 1) the restoration accuracy of the stage is 0.00049°, the step length accuracy is 0.0003°, and the wobble angle is 1"; (2)the open-close time of the camera shutter is less than 0.025 seconds, the sizes of frames are 49 × 20mm, 24 × 20mm and 3 × 20mm, respectively, the velocities for reeling the film in are 0.18m/s, 0.75m/s, and 1.5m/s respectively, and the amplitude of vibration of the magazine is less than 1μm when the camera is put into operation.
