摘要
蹦床项目成套编排的合理性关系到运动员减少失误、发挥水平、展示技艺和获取高分。根据竞赛规则和项目规律,结合训练和比赛的实践,研究成套动作的合理编排,具有极其重要的现实意义。
The rationality of choreography in trampolining has a bearing on lessening the fault, taking advantage of the potential, showing the skill and achieving the good mark of trampolinists. It has profound very important facts significance to according athletic contest rule and event laws, combining training practice with contest and studying the rationality of choreography in trampolining.
