摘要
少年运动员尚未发育完善的生理、心理特征和跳远项目的技术特点,决定了少年跳远运动员助跑起跳时准确性较差,从而影响了少年运动员最佳水平的发挥及日后技术的形成。通过多年的实践与反复论证,摸索出一套行之有效的“三固定”训练法,对于提高少年跳远运动员起跳准确性具有一定的实用性。
The immature physiological and psychological characters of the young athletes and the characters of long-jump event result the poor running and taking-off accuracy of the young athletes, which will affect their best performance and techniques. Through several years practicing and testing, the writer has found an effective Three Regularity Training Method that is very useful for the young long-jumpers to improve their running and taking-off accuracy.
