谈我国警察实战技能训练中的抗击能力训练

On the Policemen's Attack-resist Training in Practical skill Exerci-tation

自我保护和自我防护能力弱是导致我国民警伤亡人数居高不下的主要原因之一,而有意识的加强抗击打、摔能力训练是提高民警自卫能力的主要手段和有效途径。

This paper points out that weakness of the abitities to protect themselves is the major reason for the high ca-suality of policemen in our country, and it is nesessary to adopt to corresponding training methods and improve the policemen' s attack-resistance ability.
