摘要
终身教育具有全面性、开放性、多元性、灵活性及民主性等特征。终身教育观念对人才标准提出新的要求 ,也要求我们必须重视学生学习能力的培养与提高 ,重视创新教育 ,努力引导学生人格完善 ,关注学习者的主体作用 。
Life-long education is characteristic of all-roundedness, openness, pluralism, flexibility and democracy. The idea of life-long education brings about new demands for the criteria of the trainees and calls for more emphasis on the cultivation and improvement of the students' ability to study, creative education, perfection of their personality, the initiation of the learners as subject and general education.
