“法律基础”课立足于客观现实 ,对大学生进行马克思主义法学观和法律基本知识教育 ,培养和提高大学生的法律意识和法制观念。现有的教学模式存在的许多弊端 ,而案例教学模式的引入有助于这些问题的解决。

Adhering to the general principles of reality, the course The Basics of Law aims at imparting Marxist attitude of law, basic knowledge of law and cultivating the students' awareness of law. A number of problems exist in the present mode of teaching and therefore the introduction of the mode of case studies is necessary.
