轿车悬架新型螺旋弹簧的研制

Development of New Coil Spring for Car Suspension

针对奥迪轿车悬架弹簧生产需要进行的试验研究。介绍了奥迪轿车新型螺旋弹簧的研制方法,并对新工艺方案和设计要点进行了分析。采用自行开发的仿形车削-冷精拔复合工艺生产变截面螺旋弹簧具有投资少、效率高、材料省、成本低等优点,完全能满足批量生产要求。

Experimental study was conducted for the requirement of Audi car suspension spring production.Development method of new coil spring for Audi car was introduced.Applying self-developed copying turning-cold finish drawing combined process to produce variable cross-section coil spring had many advantages such as low costs,high efficiency,material saving,low costs and so on,and it can satisfy the requirement of mass production.
