摘要
每天给家兔12g百事特蜂王宝,1月后观察血清脂质过氧化物的产物(丙二醛)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力变化情况。结果发现,家兔血清丙二醛含量明显低于食用蜂王宝前的水平(P<0.001),而血清SOD活力明显高于食用蜂王宝前(P<0.001)。结果提示,通过提高SOD活力以减少和消除自由基和过氧化脂质对机体的损伤作用可能是百事特蜂王宝抗衰老功效的机理之一。
Activities of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxide (malondiadehyde) of rabbit was observed before and 1 month after administrating 1 peice of Best Treasure(BT). A decrease in serum malondiaodehyde and an increase in SOD was observed after the administration. It is of free radical and lipid peroxide would be one of the mechanisms of BT to retard the aging.
