摘要
实验给家兔喂养百事特蜂王宝3月,观察其对动物脏器的病理形态变化,结果发现动物的心、肝、肺、肾、脾、胸腺等重要器官细胞内消耗性色素出现晚,对照组3.7±1.3个,实验组0.5±0.5个,P<0.01。淋巴细胞及巨噬细胞相对增多,肝内琥珀酸脱氢酶活性相对增强。提示百事特蜂王宝具有抗衰老及增强机体免疫力的作用。
The rabbits fed with Bee Treasure owned a great increase in immune ability and anti-aging. The lipofuscin in the cells of important organs such as heart, liver, lung, kidney. spleen thymus appeared much later and smaller quantity than that in the control ones. The number of cells containing lipofuscin in control groups were 3.7±1.3, while the experiment groups were 0.5±0.5 (P<0.01). The number of lymphocytes, macrophages were much higher in the experiment group. The activity of the succinate dehydrogenase in liver cell also has increased.
