不同免疫因素和肾上腺素对家兔自体移植段颈总动脉内皮细胞的影响

THE RESPONSES OF ENDOTHELIUM IN SEGMENTS OF CAROTID ARTERY AUTOGRAFT AND INTACT TO VARIOUS IMMUNOFACTORS AND ADRENALIN BY ELECTRONMICROSSCOPIC OBSERVATION

采用扫描电镜观察了不同免疫因素和肾上腺素对家兔颈总动脉自体移植段和完整段内皮细胞的表面形态变化,结果移植段颈总动脉内皮细胞与正常内皮细胞表面形态有许多差异,但其本质不清楚。采用透射电镜观察到马血清免疫的颈总动脉移植段和完整段的内皮细胞均有损伤,而伤寒菌苗免疫对其内皮细胞无损伤;肾上腺素作用可损伤完整段的内皮细胞,而对移植段的内皮细胞无影响。作者同时对内皮细胞损伤的意义和机理进行了讨论。

Present paper study that morphologic changes of surface were emphatically observed by scan and transmission eleetronmicroscope after endothelial cells in segments of carotid artery autograft and intact with rabbits to be immunied by horse serum and typhoid vaccine and acted by adrenaline, it appears in some diffrences to compare with normal endothelium, but its nature is unclear. These samples were also observed by transmission electronmicroscope. Endothelial injury in both segments in rabbits to be immunized by horse serum has been shown, on the contrary, endothelial cells in both segments were not injured by typhoid vaccine; endothelia cells in intact segmente of earoti artery were injured by adrenaline, and in autograft segments don't be injured by it. The mechanism of endothelial injury has been discussed.
