消化液主要成分对影响两种次睾吸虫囊蚴体外脱囊的影响

摘要 用正交试验法,模拟吸虫囊蚴在宿主体内的脱囊过程,选用胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶和牛磺胆酸钠对东方次睾吸虫囊蚴和台湾次睾吸虫囊蚴进行体外脱囊试验,结果表明:在37℃条件下,囊蚴经胃蛋白酶(pH 为2)作用后.再经胰白酶(pH 为7.4)作用.其透明外壁被水解.说明其外壁的化学成分恰是这两种酶作用的底物。因囊蚴的外壁是囊内幼虫的主要保护层,故 pH 值、胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶是两种次睾吸虫囊蚴脱囊的主要影响因素。 Just as the metacercariae of Metorchis orientalis' are digested in the definite host,excysting experiment of the metacercariae has been done in vitro with pH,pepsin,trypsin and sodium tauro- cholate,and the orthogonal design was also adopted.The studies reveal that pH,pepsin,trypsin play important part in the excysting of the metacercariae mainly causing the hydrolysis of outer wall.The best matced level was determined and was tested.Siatisfectory results of excysting ex- periment of the Metorchis taiwanensis' metacerciae were acquired with the best matched level.
