摘要
针对现代化和设备进行大批量的混凝土拌和,有利于准确地控制混凝土配合比,保证混凝土的质量,同时又解决了市区桥梁施工大型拌和场的用地紧张问题。结合广东西部沿海高速公路阳江段11标的三座跨线桥上部均为连续箱梁,使用泵送商品混凝土进行浇筑的实例,详细介绍了利用输送泵传输商品混凝土施工时,应注意要混凝土的配比、运输、浇筑及养生等关键问题,提出了预防腹板产生裂缝的措施,为大跨径桥梁的施工,降低污染及噪音,达到环保的目的提供参考。
The mass concrete mixing by modernized equipment is beneficial to the control of accurate concrete proportion, ensuring the quality of concrete, meanwhile the problem of lacking field for concrete mixing in urban bridge construction can be solved. Combined with the practice in the three flyover bridges at 11th bid for Yangjiang section of the coastal highway in the north of Guangdong, which use the continuous box girder poured with pumped commercial concrete, this paper illustrates the key issues for attention regarding concrete proportion, transportation, pouring and maintenance. It also puts forward the measures for crack prevention on web plate. This paper provides references for the construction of large span bridges and reducing pollution and noise for the sake off environmental protection.
