摘要
江阴长江公路大桥为悬索桥,主跨1385 m,南岸索塔身h为186.926 m(塔顶标高 192.926 m),索塔由两列塔柱(包括塔冠)及三道横梁组成门式混凝土框架结构,两列塔柱横桥向宽度不变,竖向内倾,斜率约1/50。顺桥向宽度由下向上均匀收缩,斜约1/60。柱底截面(6m×14.5 m ),柱顶截面(6 m×10.0m),塔冠截面(6 m×11m)工期为8个月。针对南索塔的施工特点,详细介绍了该桥施工的全过程,并重点叙述爬模施工工艺。
As a suspension bridge, the Yangtze River Highway Bridge at Jiangyin has a main span of 1385m with a cable tower at its south bank and the height of the tower is 186.926m (tower peak level; 192.926m). The cable tower is of portal concrete frame structure composed of two lines of tower columns (including tower cap) and three beams. These columns keep their width across the bridge unchanged but inward inclined vertically with the slope of around 1/50. A uniform contraction is from the bottom to the top along the bridge with the slope of around 1/60. The construction period is 8 months with the cross section at the bottom of the column(6 m x 14. 5 m) , the cross section at the top(6 m x 10.0 m) , the cross section of the tower cap(6 m x 11 m). According to the characteristics of the construction of the south cable tower, this paper illustrates the whole process of construction with the construction technology of climbing form as its emphasis.
