摘要 中国第一座跨径超千米的钢悬索桥——江阴大桥目前名列中国第一、世界第四,其锚碇锚体与索塔承台,不论是混凝土的总体尺寸,还是一次性的混凝土浇注,都属于特大型混凝土的施工范畴。桥位干长江下游的亚热带气候区,冬冷夏热,多风多雨,而且施工工期紧张,因此确保工程质量,加快施工进度,就成为本工程的中心任务。针对大体积混凝土的特点,介绍江阴长江公路大桥锚碇、索塔承台大体积混凝土温度控制的施工技术。 Jiangyin Bridge, the first span over 1000m steel suspension bridge, ranks first in China and forth in the world. Regardless of the total dimension of the concrete and the one - through poured concrete, its anchorage and pile cap of the cable tower are all belonging to the scope of super large concrete construction. The bridge locates at the lower reach of Yangtze River, which is in sub - tropical climate zone with cold winter and hot summer as well as frequent wind and rain. As the construction period is tight, the key task is ensuring the project quality and accelerating the construction progress. In the light of the characteristics of large volume concrete, this paper introduces the temperature control technology for large volume concrete of anchorage and the pile cap of the cable tower of the Yangtze River Highway Bridge at Jiangyin.
