An Identification Model with Hierarchy Analysis for Investment Risks in the Phase of Project Construction

工程项目建设的整个过程都存在着风险,但施工阶段是将设计图纸变成工程实体,投入资金很大,而在这一阶段的影响因素众多,稍不注意就会使这一阶段的投资失控。通过利用层次分析法建立投资风险层次分析辨识模型,该模型可以对施工阶段投资风险进行评价、辨识、排序,从而确定影响投资风险的主要因素。

There exist a variety of risks in the whole process of project construction, but the investment in the phase of construction is apt to be out of control if no special attention is paid. As there are many influential factors in this phase, it is also the key phase to change the design drawing into physical construction with large capital input. An identification model with hierarchy analysis for investment risks has been established through using hierarchy analysis. This model can be used to evaluate, identify and prioritize the investment risks in the phase of construction and then confirm the main factors affecting investment risks.
