The Analysis on the Technical Conditions for the Safety of Ships in Rural Area

针对广西乡镇船舶,尤其是乡镇容圩渡船的现状,提出乡镇船舶目前存在一些安全隐患等相关技术问题,通过分析与探索乡镇船舶安全航行的技术条件,采取有效的技术和管理措施,促使乡镇船舶具备基本安全航行的技术条件,以达到保障水上交通安全的目的。

In the light of the present conditions of the ships in the rural area of Guangxi, especially the ferryboat for passengers across the dike, this paper presents relevant technical issues regarding hidden troubles of safety existed in these ships. Through analyzing and investigating the technical conditions for the safe operation of these ships, effective technical and administrative measures should be adopted to promote the soundness of the technical conditions for safe operation, ensuring the safety of water traffic.
