摘要
针对目前知识社会的特征,结合交通行政组织的运营与发展中的知识共享等问题,提出了将知识管理这一新的管理理念引入交通行政组织的思路,并阐述了知识管理应树立的知识共享和终身学习、以人为本、团队合作的观念,探讨交通行政组织中的知识共享采取的策略。通过实施知识管理,为实现组织的观念创新和制度创新起着十分重要的作用。
In the light of the features in current knowledge - based society combined with the issues of knowledge sharing in the operation and development of traffic administrative organizations, this paper puts forward the concept of introducing knowledge -based management into traffic administrative organizations. Meanwhile, it illustrates that knowledge - based management should establish following ideas such as knowledge sharing, lifelong education, people orientation, team building and cooperation. It also investigates the strategies for knowledge sharing adopted in traffic administrative organizations. The implementation of knowledge - based management plays a very important role in realizing innovations of both concepts and systems in organizations.
