摘要
根据一定的国际承包工程投价实践和经验体会,论述了国际承包工程投标报价中的“不平衡报价法”、“招标书的澄清”、“物价调整”、“投标人声明”四项技巧以及运用这些技巧时的方式方法、应遵循的原则和需注意的问题等,对提高国际承包工程投标者的投标竞争能力,增加经营成果有一定的指导意义,也可供国内工程投标报价时参考。
According to the practices and experience in bidding for international contracted construction, this paper illustrates four skills of price - quoting i. e. unbalanced quotation, bid clarification, price adjustment and bidder s statement as well as the ways and approaches, principles to follow and issues for attention in applying these skills. What mentioned above are of instructive significance in enhancing bidder s competitiveness when bidding for international contracted construction as well as in improving operational effects. They also can be used as references for price quoting when bidding for domestic constructions.
