论我国少数民族民间文学艺术作品的版权保护

利用版权法保护少数民族民间文学艺术作品已经成为许多国家、尤其是发展中国家的共识。我国作为拥有丰富少数民族民间文学艺术传统的国家,理应在这方面先行一步。本文在研究有关国际协定的基础上,得出了适合我国国情的少数民族民间文学艺术作品的定义、内涵和外延,并根据少数民族民间文学艺术作品与一般作品的不同之处,讨论了它在权利主体、权利内容等几方面的特点。
