摘要
本文就不同浓度的厨房油垢萃取物及烟草凝集物对小鼠体外受精过程及受精卵发育的影响进行了研究。结果表明,500倍稀释的烟草凝集物和50倍稀释的厨油萃取液对小鼠的体外受精过程具有抑制作用,其受精率分别为42.4%和36.5%,与单纯培养液对照组(57.6%)相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。此外,50倍稀释的厨油萃取液对小鼠受精卵的发育亦有抑制作用。这提示妇女在妊娠早期尽可能避免接触这些环境化学物质是必要的。
The effects of kitchen oil ( KO ) and tobacco condensate ( TC)on mouse fertilization and zygote development in vitro were studied. The results showed that the extracts of KO and CO had inhibitory effect on the mouse fertilization in vitro.The percentages of fertilization in the medium containing KO( 1 :50)and TC( 1:500 ) were 42.4% and 36.5%, respectively. They were significantly different from that of control medium ( 57.6% ) (p<0.05) . In addition, kitchen oil extracts (1 : 50) also inhibited the development of mouse zygotes in vitro. It suggests that it is necessary for early pregnant women to avoid exposure to such enviromental pollutants.
