摘要
本研究以雄性小鼠精原细胞SCE分析和早期精细胞微核试验对二甲基呋喃酮的致灾变性进行了观察,均呈现阳性结果。表明二甲基呋喃酮对哺乳动物雄性生殖细胞具有明显的致突变活性,应引起有关部门足够重视。
In present papar, the mutagenic effects of HDMF were examined in vivo sister chroma-tid exchange analysis and micronucleus detection of mice early spermatid. Both tests got positive results. It was further demonstrated that HDMF possesses distinct mutagenicity on male germ cells of mammalian.
