摘要
熏硫会导致中药化学成分及药理作用的变化,故其对中药质量的影响逐渐引起社会的关注。本文对熏硫对中药化学成分及药理作用的影响进行了系统的综述,并在此基础上总结了各类成分熏硫过程中的化学转化规律。结果表明:熏硫过程中,中药中会发生复杂的化学反应,包括亚硫酸酯化、硫酸酯化、加成、脱水等;目前相关研究普遍认为熏硫对中药药理作用有负面影响,但临床上尚未有因使用熏硫中药而导致疗效下降的报道,且相关研究并未考虑熏硫程度。理论上,熏硫程度会影响熏硫中药中化学成分的变化程度,从而影响其药理作用。因此,建议后续的相关研究应在充分考虑熏硫程度的基础上进行相关实验。
Side effects of sulphur fumigation on the quality of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has gradually attracted social attention,due to the chemical and pharmacological changes in corresponding TCMs.Chemical and pharmacological changes reported in recent years was described detailedly and systematically,based on which,the chemical transformation of various constituents in the process of sulphur fumigation was summarized at the same time.The results showed that there were complex chemical reactions in TCMs during sulfuring process,including sulfite esterification,sulphating,addition and dehydration,etc.Furthermore,sulfuring was widely believed to has side effects on pharmacological effects on TCMs,but no clinical report on declined effect of sulphur fumigated TCM has been published.And the relating reports have not taken the degree of sulphur fumigation into account.Theoretically,the degree of sulfuring has close relationship with chemical changes of TCMs,which affects the pharmacological effects of TCMs.So,it’s suggested that further study about sulfured TCMs should be carried out on the base of considering degree of sulfuring.
