摘要 目的分析腓骨上段截骨术治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月至2016年6月收治的46例55膝骨关节炎患者行腓骨上段截骨术,比较患者术前术后的疼痛视觉模拟评分。结果所有患者均获得随访,随访时间3~15个月,平均(8.7±0.5)个月;住院时间5~7 d,平均(5.8±0.4)d。所有患者术后膝关节疼痛均明显减轻,视觉模拟评分由术前的(7.6±2.2)分降为末次随访的(3.2±1.9)分。结论腓骨上段截骨术可明显缓解膝骨关节炎临床症状,有创伤小、花费少、手术难度小等优点,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of proximal fibula osteotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Between January 2015 and June 2016, 46 patients with knee osteoarthritis, who were treated with proximal fibula osteotomy, were included in the study. All patients were female, aged 47-68 years old, with an average of(63±3) years old. The visual analog scale(VAS) was evaluated before and after the operation, respectively.Results All patients were followed up for 3-15 months, with an average of(8.7±0.5) months. The hospital stay was 5-7 days, with an average of(5.8 ±0.4) d. The findings showed that the pain of the knee was significantly reduced, and the VAS score was reduced from(7.6 ±2.2) points before the operation to(3.2 ±1.9) points at the last follow-up. Conclusion The proximal fibula osteotomy can alleviate the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis, with the advantages of less trauma, less cost, and less difficulty in operation, which justifies widespread use.
