阿仑膦酸钠治疗早期骨关节炎疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 骨关节炎(OA)是临床常见由于软骨退行性改变所致疾病,好发于60岁以上老年人,该病在我国农村发病率更高,由于关节持续疼痛导致患者活动范围缩小及劳动能力下降,严重影响老年人的生活质量。由于缺乏有效的治愈方法,目前多数患者采用保守治疗,长期依靠服用非甾体类药物对症治疗,导致相关消化道、心血管及肾脏不良反应高发。近年来,关于骨关节炎发病机制的研究认为,除软骨退变导致软骨下骨改变外。
