抗感染干预对孕妇生殖道B族链球菌感染胎膜早破的影响 被引量：10

摘要 生殖道感染是一种由多种致病微生物引起的妇科常见感染性疾病,对女性的健康及正常生活造成严重不良影响;B族链球菌是人体阴道和直肠的正常寄居菌群,若机体抵抗力下降可侵袭人体形成感染,孕妇感染可造成不良妊娠结局。B族链球菌感染胎膜后降低局部胎膜张力,同时可引起绒毛膜羊膜炎导致胎膜变性水肿,在病菌代谢产物共同不良刺激下诱发胎膜早破发生。因此,如何有效控制及降低临床孕妇生殖道B族链球菌感染引起的胎膜早破及其他不良妊娠结局,
