联合检测降钙素原 C反应蛋白及前白蛋白对脓毒症患者早期识别与诊断的临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 脓毒症是指机体对感染的反应失调而导致危及生命的器官功能障碍[1]。初始几小时内尽快识别与恰当处理是改善脓毒症患者的预后,提高患者生存率的关键。脓毒性休克是患者在脓毒症的基础上,出现严重的循环障碍和细胞代谢异常。脓毒性休克患者的死亡风险较单纯脓毒症显著升高。脓毒性休克的早期识别,有效抗生素的及时应用以及初期目标导向性治疗是处理脓毒性休克的主要策略[2]。血培养是目前临床广泛应用的脓毒症诊断指标之一。
