上尿路尿路上皮癌手术后单次与多次膀胱灌注化疗对发生膀胱癌的影响 被引量：5

摘要 上尿路尿路上皮癌(upper tract urothelial carcinoma,UTUC)是发生于肾盂和输尿管的尿路上皮癌,该病的发病率较低,在欧美国家,该病仅占全部尿路上皮癌的5%~10%[1],我国发病率相对较高,UTUC大约占所有尿路上皮癌的18%[2]。UTUC标准的治疗方案为肾输尿管全长切除(radical nephrourotertectomy,RNU),报道显示.
