摘要
J.L.奥斯汀的言语行为理论推翻了逻辑实证主义中"意义就是真值条件是语言理解的中心"的观点,从语言和行为的关系入手,发现了人们说话也是做事的一种方式,创立了言语行为理论。通过对J.L.奥斯汀言语行为理论的梳理,并结合当今主流的认知语言学理论的基本观点、理论假设来共同解读语言、意义和认知之间的关系。
J.L.Austin’s theory of speech act overthrows the view of logical positivism that 'meaning is the center of language comprehension of the truth condition '. Starting from the relationship between language and behavior, he finds how people do things with words. This article tries to interpret the relationship between language, meaning and cognition using both the theory of speech act and cognitive linguistics.
