血必净注射液对糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及患者生存质量研究

Clinical effect of Xuebijing Injection on diabetic nephropathy and quality of patients' life

目的探讨血必净注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的效果,了解其对患者生存质量的影响。方法调查共纳入80例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规治疗(口服二甲双胍、格列齐特和贝那普利),治疗组在对照组基础上加用血必净注射液。观察两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白,胆固醇、三酰甘油,尿微量蛋白排泄率、血β2微球蛋白、尿β2微球蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血尿素氮等临床指标,并获取两组患者的生存质量数据。结果治疗组总有效率高达95%,明显高于对照组。治疗后,两组血糖指标、血脂指标、肾功能指标较治疗前均有所下降(P<0.05),且治疗组比对照组下降得更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在躯体健康、社会功能、躯体角色功能、躯体疼痛、心理健康、情绪角色功能、精力和总体健康中的评分都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液对糖尿病肾病患者而言具有较好疗效,可显著改善患者的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuebijing Injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods The survey included 80 patients, randomly divided into two groups, and each group had 40 patients. We adopted common treatment in the control group with Dimethylbiguanide, Gliclazide, and Benazepril. On the basis of common treatment, Xuebijing Injection was also included in the observation group. We examined many clinical indicators, such as fasting blood glucose, blood glucose postprandial 2 h, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol, triglyceride, drainage ratio of urine minim albumin, blood urinary β2-microglobulin, urinary β2-microglobulin, quantity of 24-h urine protein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and so on. Timely, we collected the data for quality of life(QOL) of both groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. After treatment, blood glucose, blood lipid, and renal function of the two groups were decreased(P < 0.05), and those of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores of the physical health, social function, physical role, physical pain, mental health, emotional role, energy, and overall health in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing Injection has better efficacy in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, and could improve the patients’ quality of life significantly.
