注射用丹参多酚酸治疗眩晕的临床效果和安全性的观察和分析

Observation and analysis of clinical efficacy and safety of Salvianolic Acids for Injection in treatment of vertigo

目的观察和分析注射用丹参多酚酸治疗血管源性眩晕的效果和安全性。方法选取许昌市中心医院神经内科2017年10月—2018年6月住院的血管源性眩晕病例100例,按照治疗方法的不同分为常规治疗组、丹参多酚酸治疗组、丁苯酞治疗组,治疗前后分别应用眩晕障碍量表(DHI)进行眩晕程度评定,观察3组患者治疗后结果的差别,并监测治疗期间的药物不良反应。结果 3组患者治疗后的DHI评分均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。丹参多酚酸组DHI改善情况优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);丁苯酞治疗组DHI改善情况优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);丹参多酚酸组和丁苯酞组DHI改善情况不具有统计学意义。丹参多酚酸组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率最低。结论注射用丹参多酚酸在治疗眩晕方面具有明显效果,无明显不良反应。

Objects To observe and analyze the efficacy and safety of Salvianolic Acids for Injection in treatment of vasogenic vertigo. Methods 100 cases of vasogenic vertigo patients in the Department of Neurology Xuchang Central Hospital from October2017 to June 2018, According to the different treatment methods, all patients were divided into the conventional treatment group, the Salvianolic Acids for Injection treatment group, and the butylphthalide treatment group. Assessment of vertigo using the dizziness handicap inventory(DHI) before and after treatment. The differences in outcomes between the three groups of patients were observed and the adverse drug reactions during the treatment were monitored. Results The DHI scores of the three groups after treatment were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The improvement of DHI in Salvianolate Injection group was better than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The improvement of DHI in the butylphthalide treatment group was better than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The improvement of DHI in the Salvianolic Acids for Injection group and the butylphthalide group was not statistically significant. No significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the three groups of patients.Conclusions Salvianolic Acids for Injection has obvious effects in treating vertigo, and no obvious adverse reactions.
