摘要
目的建立ICP-MS法测定茯苓中砷(As)、铍(Be)、镉(Cd)、钴(Co)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、钼(Mo)、镍(Ni)、铅(Pb)、锑(Sb)、硒(Se)、钛(Ti)、铊(TI)、钒(V)、铬(Cr)、锌(Zn)、汞(Hg)共17种金属元素的含量,并对不同产地的11批茯苓的金属元素含量进行评价。为中药材生产中的质量控制和临床上的安全用药提供了科学依据。方法样品经微波消解处理后,以Se、Y、In、In-1、Bi为内标,采用ICP-MS法同时进行测定。结果对于各测定元素,标准曲线的相关系数r>0.998,回收率在88.0%~107.3%,RSD值在0.1%~11.0%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于茯苓中药材中17种元素的含量测定。
Objective The Chinese herbal medicine Poria as the research object,the determination of arsenic in Poria ICP-MS method(As),beryllium(Be),cadmium(Cd),cobalt(Co),copper(Cu),manganese(Mn),molybdenum(Mo),nickel(Ni),lead(Pb),antimony(Sb),selenium(Se),titanium(Ti),thallium(TI)and vanadium(V),chromium(Cr),zinc(Zn),mercury(Hg)content of 17 kinds of metal elements,and the content of metal elements in different places of the 11 batch of Poria was evaluated.It provides a scientific basis for quality control and clinical safety in the production of Chinese medicinal materials.Methods An Inductivety Coupled Plasma—Mass Spectrometry method with Microwave-Assisted Digestion was developed with Se,Y,In,In-1 and Bi as internal standard.Results For the determination of each element,the correlation coefficients were better than 0.998 0—0.999 9,the recovery values ranged from 88.0%to 107.3%,and the RSD values ranged from 0.1%to 11.0%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the determination of 17 elements in Chinese medicinal materials.
