摘要
目的探讨醒脑静乳剂联合纳洛酮对脑缺血-再灌注损伤后神经细胞凋亡的影响。方法采用回顾性研究方法,2013年8月—2018年2月选择在安阳市第二人民医院神经内科进行诊治的对脑缺血-再灌注损伤患者120例,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组给予纳洛酮治疗,观察组给予醒脑静乳剂联合纳洛酮治疗,两组都以14 d为1个疗程,治疗观察2个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分、炎症因子及神经组织细胞凋亡情况。结果治疗后观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为98.33%和88.33%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的神经功能缺损评分都显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清白介素(IL)-6与IL-10含量显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组与对照组的神经细胞凋亡率分别为(3.22±1.29)%和(12.10±2.19)%,观察组显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静乳剂联合纳洛酮治疗脑缺血-再灌注损伤能抑制神经细胞凋亡,缓解神经缺损功能,抑制炎症抑制的释放,从而提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effects of Xingnaojing emulsion combined with naloxone on neuronal apoptosis for cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods From August 2013 to February 2018,120 patients with cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury were selected in the neurology department of our hospital and were divided into the experimental group and the control group of 60 patients in each groups.The control group were given the naloxone treatment,the experimental group were given emulsion combined with naloxone treatment.The two groups were treated with 14 d for 1 courses,and two courses of treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 98.33%and88.33%,respectively,and the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The neurological deficit scores of the experimental group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 and IL-10 levels in the experimental group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the apoptosis rates of the experimental group and the control group were(3.22±1.29)%and(12.10±2.19)%respectively,and the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group(t=15.249,P=0.000).Conclusion Xingnaojing emulsion combined naloxone in the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury can inhibit the apoptosis of nerve cells,relieve the function of nerve defect,inhibit the release of inflammatory inhibition,and improve the therapeutic effect.
