研究活体小动物中蛋白质-蛋白质之间相互作用的新生物技术

New Biotechnology of Studying Protein-Protein Interactions in Small Living Animals

摘要 在生物反应以及细胞内信号转导过程中,蛋白质-蛋白质之间的相互作用(Protein-protein interactions,PPIs)发挥着重要作用。了解PPIs的特征有助于理解蛋白质分子间的作用机制,理解各种疾病发病的分子机理。该文主要介绍在活体动物中检测特异性PPIs的新生物技术,它利用非侵入性小动物活体成像系统检测方式,实现了对活体小动物中深层组织高灵敏的成像显示,更有利于在小动物活体水平上理解PPIs的分子机制。 Protein- protein interactions( PPIs) play an important role in the bioreactor and intracellular signal transduction process. Studying the characteristic of PPIs can help us to understand the reaction mechanism between the protein molecules and the molecular pathogenesis of various diseases. This paper describes the new biotechnology to detect specific PPIs in living small animals,which uses non-invasive small animals in vivo imaging systems and makes the high-sensitivity imaging of deep tissues come ture in vivo small animals. At the same time,it helps us understanding the molecular mechanisms of PPIs in small animals in vivo level.
