双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片和茵栀黄颗粒辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素的临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 观察双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片和茵栀黄颗粒辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。将60例新生儿高胆红素血症随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组单纯采用常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上予以双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片和茵栀黄颗粒口服治疗。比较2组胆红素改善情况治疗组治疗后日均胆红素下降高于对照组(P<0.01),且胆红素降至正常天数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片和茵栀黄颗粒辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效显著,值得推广。 To observe the curative effect of live bifidobacterium or lactobacillus tablets and Yinzhihuang granules as adjuvant treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,sixty patients with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases each group).The control group received conventional therapy;the treatment group received oral treatment of caubined live bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets with Yinzhihuang granules on the basis of conventional therapy.The improvements in bilirubin level are compared between the two groups.The results showed that in the treatment group,daily decrease of bilirubin level was significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.01),and treatment days to normal bilirubin was significantly fewer than those in control group(P < 0.01).Live bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets with Yinzhihuang granules have potent effect in adjuvant treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and it is worthy of wide spread.
