呼吸蛋白及其抗菌活性的研究进展

Research advances in respiratory proteins and its antibacterial activity

呼吸蛋白是一类参与呼吸作用的蛋白质家族的统称,包括血红蛋白、血蓝蛋白、血紫蛋白等。许多呼吸蛋白不仅具有运输氧的功能,而且还有维持渗透压、贮存能量、抗菌和抗病毒等多种生物学功能。该文对呼吸蛋白的种类、结构、功能及抗菌机理的研究进展做了简要综述,以期为开展相关研究的学者提供参考。

Respiratory proteins are a general term for a series of protein families,which participate in the respiration,including hemoglobin,hemocyanin,hemerythreins,etc.Recently the study has indicated that many respiratory proteins not only have functions in oxygen transport but also in blood-pressure stabilization,storing the energy,fungus suppression,virus suppression and many other biolgical functions.Progresses in the species,structure,function and the antimicrobial mechanism of respiratory proteins are briefly reviewed in the paper so as to provide reference for scholars to conduct further research.
