摘要
利用响应面法确定大别山野葛根多糖的最佳提取工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,进行3因素3水平的Box-Behnken中心组合实验设计,利用响应面分析优化工艺条件。在优化工艺条件处理温度80.0℃、液料比15.0 m L/g、处理时间1.5 h时,葛根多糖得率为24.97%,与预测值26.15%的相对误差仅4.73%。响应面法适用于对葛根多糖提取得率进行回归分析和参数优化。
In order to optimize the polysaccharide extraction process from Pueraria Lobata( Wild.) Ohwi,the response surface methodology was used. On the basis of single factor experiments,it was designed by three factors and three levels Box-Behnken. The optimum conditions were as follows: treatment temperature 80 ℃,liquid-solid-ratio 15. 0 m L / g and extraction time 1. 5 hour. Under the optimum conditions,the yield of polysaccharide from Pueraria Lobata( Wild.) Ohwi was 24. 97%,but predicted value was26. 15%. The relative error was only 4. 73% between experimental value and predicted values. The response surface methodology is suitable for regression analysis and parameter optimization of the polysaccharide yield from Pueraria Lobata( Wild.) Ohwi.
