摘要
补体是机体固有免疫的重要组成部分,各种补体分子在机体精确的调节作用下发挥着抵抗外来病原体的免疫作用。补体不仅在免疫方面发挥着重要作用,还参与了机体的病理生理过程。肝脏作为补体分子的主要合成器官,其与补体的关系更为紧密。补体参与炎症过程,肝损伤过程一般由炎症状态发生发展,研究表明补体不仅参与了肝损伤的发生也参与肝脏自我修复过程。适当的补体激活能够促进肝再生,修复受损肝脏。由此为肝脏疾病的治疗提供了新的思路。
Complement system,with various complement components,is the major component of innate immunity. A variety of regulator molecules regulate the activation of complement when the complement removal of microorganisms and the clearance of host cells occur,such as apoptotic cells occur. Recent studies indicate that complement not only plays an important role in immunity,but also is involved in the pathophysiology of the body. Liver is as a major complement source and its relationship with the complement is more closely. Liver damage always accompanies with inflammation which involves in complement activities. Appropriate activation of complement can promote liver regeneration and repair damaged liver thereby providing a new way for the treatment of liver diseases.
