铁皮石斛主要化学成分及生物活性研究进展

Review on Main Chemical Constituents and Biological Activity in Dendrobium Officcinale

铁皮石斛是我国名贵的药材,位于九大仙草之首,有"药中黄金"的美称。石斛具有益胃生津,滋阴清热和抗疲劳,祛痰镇咳等功效。国内外学者已对石斛进行了化学成分的研究,从中分离鉴定出多种化学成分。现代研究证明,多糖是铁皮石斛的药效的主要作用因子,文章就铁皮石斛化学成分及其药理作用,尤其是石斛多糖的活性研究进展做一概述,以期望阐明铁皮石斛多糖免疫增强功能的作用机制,为铁皮石斛的质量评价和开发利用提供依据。

Dendroblium officcinale is a kind of noble medicinal herb in China,which is located at the first in nine immortality,having 'medicine in gold'reputation. Dendrobium is benefiting stomach,nourishing yin and clearing heat effect and anti fatigue,having expectorant and antitussive effects. The domestic and foreign scholars have conducted studies on the chemical constituents of Dendrobium officcinale,after the isolation and identification of several chemicals. Recent researches show that polysaccharide is the main effect factors of dendrobium officinale,which link the chemical constituents with pharmacological effects. The article conclucts an overview of research progresses of active polysaccharides,so as to elucidate the mechanism of the enhanced function of Dendrobium polysaccharides immunization providing the basis for quality evaluation and development of dendrobium officinale industry.
