摘要
壳聚糖是甲壳素脱N-乙酰基的产物,具有多种生物学活性和良好的物理化学特性。在疾病预防和治疗中起重要作用,因此,在生化、生物医学和医药等领域的应用取得重大进展。文章主要对壳聚糖抗菌活性、抗肿瘤活性、对艾滋病治疗、抗氧化活性、用于人造组织和器官、伤口愈合、预防心血管疾病等方面进行了综述,为壳聚糖在生物医学和药物应用方面提供理论依据。
Chitosan,which is derived from a deacetylation reation of chitin,has a variety of bioactivities and good physicochemical properties.Chitosan plays an important role in prevention and treatment of diseases,which has already made a big progress in biochemistry,biomedcine and pharmaceutical applications.This review presents the recent researches,trends and prospects in chitosan of antibacterial activity,antitumor activity,anti-HIV,antioxidant,antiinflammation,wound healing,tissue engineering,cardiovascular diseases treatment,providing a theoretical basis for the application of chitosan in biomedicine and pharmacy.
