摘要
本研究选择主动吸烟者4人,被动吸烟者6人,通过人体暴露试验,采用DETB萃取法测定其尿中的尼古丁代谢产物。结果表明,对于一次性剂量暴露试验,应以总排泄量作为比较依据;主动吸烟者尿尼古丁代谢产物的排泄完全时间小于36小时,被动吸烟者约为24小时;主、被动吸烟者的代谢半衰期均约为12小时;在本研究条件下,主、被动吸烟者排泄总量比为5:1。
Four active smokers and six passive smokers were selected for the test; the six subjects were exposed in the smoke-polluted environment created by the four active smokers who smoked twenty-four cigarettes during two hours. Their urinary nicotine metabolites were detected by using the method of diethylthiobarbituric acid(DETB)-extraction. The results showed that, for the exposed test of only one dose, accumulative quantity of urinary nicotine metabolites should be regarded as comparative basis; the complete excretion time of urinary nicotine metabolites was less than 36 hours for the active smokers, and was about 24 hours for the passive smokers;the half life time was about 12 hours for both the active and passive smokers; in this condition, the ratio of total excretive quantity between active and passive smokers was 5 to 1.
