摘要 本文测定了微量元素硒缺乏大鼠眼晶体某些酶活性、自由基以及过氧化物含量,结果表明缺硒使大鼠晶体谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著下降,晶体谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性与红细胞硒水平呈显著的正相关。缺硒使晶体丙二醛含量显著升高。缺硒组及对照组大鼠晶体中均有g=2.0015的自由基存在,但缺硒组自由基含量显著高于对照组,晶体自由基含量与红细胞硒水平以及晶体谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性呈显著的负相关。短暂的短波紫外线照射离体晶体,诱发晶体产生g=2.0097的自由基,缺硒组自由基的增加量也显著地高于对照组。因此硒缺乏导致大鼠晶体抗氧化能力下降,脂质过氧化作用加强,自由基产生增加。 The malondialdehyde(MDA)amount and the activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), glutathione reductase (GSSG-R), superoxide dismutase(SOD)as well as the free radicals in the lenses of seleniumdeficient(SeD)and selenium-adequate(SeA)rats were measured. The activity of GSH-Px in the lenses of SeD rats decreased significantly. There wasapositive relationship between GSH-Px activities and RBC selenium level. The amount of MDA of the lenses in the SeD rats were significantly increased. The content of free radicals in the lens of SeD group was significantly higher than that of the SeA group. There was anegative relationship between free radical content and RBC Selenium level and also a negative relationship between free radical content and GSH Px activities in the lens. In vitro, short wavelength ultraviolet radiation caused another free radical generation in the lens of both SeD and SeA groups, but the amount of the free radical in the lens of the SeD group was also significantly higher than that of the SeA group. The results suggest that the antioxidative capability in the lenses of the SeD rats decreased along with the acceleration of lipid peroxidation and generation of free radicals in the lenses.
