移动宽带网络快速发展,LTE服务迅速覆盖全球。融合业务被互联网置顶的融合方式已逐渐被运营商接受,传统业务被互联网融合的趋势正在显露。U频段的资源因其良好的特性适用于广播电视网和移动宽带网。通过对全球U频段频率资源分配的分析,结合我国频率分配的实际情况,给U频段的使用提出建议。

Mobile broadband enabled by LTE develops swiftly around the whole world. Services being provided by internet over-the-top has been accepted by the operators gradually,not only converged services but also the traditional services. UHF spectrum is suitable for both television broadcast network and mobile network. By analyzing the UHF spectrum allocations in the world and the frequency utilization in our country,a proposal of UHF utilization is made at the end of the paper.
