摘要
主要探讨我国广电媒体发展如何适应市场发展需要的课题,提到当前广电媒体的运营机制与市场发展存在的差异化现象,以及如何调整现有的媒体运营机制去适应媒体的快速发展,尤其是随着新媒体的诞生与演化,传统媒体发展受到了巨大的冲击与影响,我国广电系统如何真正把握当下发展的机遇而作出必要的组织变革与运营机制的调整,从而为实现广电新亮丽媒体打下良好的基础,为实现广电媒体系统的转型升级树立明确的风向标,同时也为正面临市场挑战并纠结于如何改革的广电媒体同行提供参考。
This paper mainly discusses about China development of broadcast media how to adapt to the development of market subject. That difference operation mechanism and market the development of radio and television media is like this,and how to adjust the existing media operation mechanism to adapt to the rapid development of media,especially with the emergence and evolution of new media,have great impact and influence of traditional media,China broadcasting system how to grasp the present development opportunities and make the organization and operation mechanism of the necessary adjustment,so as to achieve the new media broadcasting and lay a good foundation,set up the clear direction for transformation of radio and television media system upgrade,to provide reference also is facing the challenge of market and dwell on how to reform the media counterparts.
