三网融合是以新技术为先决条件而推动的一次产业洗牌,三网融合为县级广播电视台的发展带来了新机遇,按照三网融合的理论设计,或许县区级的广播电视节目可以借助于这个新的平台,让自己的节目传播到五湖四海。通过多角度论述,试图说明县区电视台只要找准自身的定位,就能在三网融合的大背景下找到自己的发展空间,另一方面,也说明县区电视台只有办好自办节目才是在三网融合大背景下生存的关键和核心。

Three-network fusion is an industry innovation with new technology as the prerequisite and will have brought new opportunities for the development of country and district broadcasting & TV stations ,whose programs,based on this platform and its theoretical design ,can be transmitted to all corners of the world.This paper,through a multi-perspective discussion,tries to explain that country and district TV stations can have broaddevelopment under the fusion of three networks if they position themselves properly ,and that the key to theirsurvival is to run good programs.
