Based on an example,this paper analyzes the switch Multicast configuration in the CATV digital front-end platform based on IP technology. Configuration involves the second and third layer multicast protocol.In addition,the paper introduces several configuration optimization which has solved several problems in the running. Finally,the paper summarizes the maintenance experience of this kind of switches.
