协同OA系统设计简析

Analysis of the Cooperative OA System Design

为了应对业务的快速变化,同时面对如组织创新、制度落实、组织文化、业务能力、员工技能、组织沟通及信息管理等内部管理问题,内蒙古广播电视网络集团公司建立了一套高度融合与协同化的敏捷信息化系统——协同OA,以有效解决所面临的问题。介绍协同OA系统的体系架构、设计理念与技术特点、关键特性,以及协同OA的信息协同、流程协同、人员协同、业务协同,并对协同OA中的协同管理进行简析。

In order to deal with the rapidly changing,but also must face such as organization innovation,implementation of the system,organizational culture,business ability,employee skills,organizational communication and information management internal management problems. Therefore,Inner Mongolia Radio and TV Network Corporation established a high degree of integration and coordination of agile information system,collaborative OA,in order to effectively solve the problems it faces. In this paper,we first introduce the coordination of OA system architecture and design concept and technical characteristics,detailing the cooperative OA system of key characteristics,and then introduce the collaborative OA information collaboration,workflow collaboration,collaborative personnel,and business collaboration,and a brief analysis of the collaborative management of OA.
