把对数字广播电视无线覆盖和即将实施的农村户户通无线覆盖工程融合在一起联合组网,既可以减少重复投资,又可以节约有限的频率资源,有效扩大自办节目覆盖,使市、县电视节目在所辖地区的覆盖率由原来的覆盖率不及20%上升为70%以上,有效提升城乡广播电视公共服务均等化服务水平。

This paper examines the opposite digital TV broadcasting wireless coverage and the imminent implemen-tation of the rural household wireless coverage project together joint networking, that can reduce repeated invest-ment, but also can save the limited frequency resource. The effective expansion of self-management programs cov-er, make the city and county TV programs in their area of coverage from the original coverage of less than 20% rise above 70%, effectively improve the urban and rural radio and TV public service equalization service level.
